April was an outstanding aide in the birth of our son Elias. Prior to labor she equipped us with the knowledge of a doula’s role and many resources to help us prepare for our ideal birthing experience. She put our needs before her own and provided exceptional emotional, mental and physical support during my labor. She gave me the strength I needed when I felt I could not go on, continually reassuring me. She assisted and directed my husband, never diminishing his role. We are forever grateful and appreciative of the love and support she displayed prior to, during and post labor.
